All Glasâje jewellery is crafted from solid 9ct gold, made in Melbourne using recycled materials. It is solid all the way through, not plated or filled, so it will never tarnish, fade, or discolour with everyday wear.

We use lab-grown gemstones and diamonds in all our designs. Lab-grown stones are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined stones, with none of the environmental or ethical cost. Learn more on our diamond education page.

Yes. Solid 9ct gold and sterling silver are both naturally hypoallergenic and free from nickel and common irritants, making all Glasâje pieces a safe choice for sensitive skin.

We do not currently offer engraving or custom design services, but we do accommodate custom sizing requests. Get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Solid gold requires minimal care. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear, store separately, and avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. For a deeper clean, use warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Read our full care guide.

All Glasâje pieces are made to order in Melbourne. Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days before your order is dispatched. See our shipping info page for full details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Afterpay and Zip Pay so you can spread the cost interest-free. Every order is covered by our 12-month warranty from the day it arrives.

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production will have begun and changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Yes. Every Glasâje order arrives in our signature gift bag, ready to give. No extra packaging needed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.

Yes. Every Glasâje piece is covered by our 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing faults and material defects. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Yes. All our diamonds are lab-grown, meaning they are conflict-free and produced without the environmental damage associated with traditional mining. They are GIA certified with VS clarity. Learn more on our diamond education page.
